1. Strict quality control system
ISO9002 approved. The purchase of
raw materials, inspection, production and store, are all controlled
by the ISO9002 quality control system.
2. Raw Materials
For our raw diamonds, we use modern
international methods and Italian equipment to test the TI
and TTI, as well to compare the crystal shape with test samples,
to ensure stability and consistency.
We use imported diamonds from De Beers
to satisfy the specific requirements of customers.
3. Technologies
We lead the way in applying the most
advanced technology for manufacturing diamond tools, to provide
the best possible solution to customers’ need.
In our production, the surface of
diamond are pretreated. For example, our products are plated
with titanium, coated with cobalt, to achieve the best application
under different technologies and production conditions.
5. Standard
Our segmented, continuous, turbo and
laser-welded blades have been certified by MPA of Germany.
All kinds of products from our company
are well received for fast speed, smooth chipping, long life,
and safety and reliability.
6. Feedback
By feeding back the testing results
to the manufacturing process, the laboratory successfully
carries out its role of developing various tools to meet diverse
customer needs.
